In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aether Media operating Arena Animation Vadapalani. “You” refers to any website visitor, prospective student, student, parent or guardian.

Use of this website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes, such as learning about our courses and contacting us. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• Upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code
• Submit false, misleading or another person’s information through our forms
• Copy or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our written permission

Course information

We make reasonable efforts to keep course details on this website accurate and up to date. However, course content, software taught, duration, batch timings and schedules may be updated from time to time to reflect industry requirements or franchisor curriculum changes.

The final course details applicable to you will be those confirmed in writing at the time of admission.

Enquiries and communication

When you submit an enquiry form, call us or message us on WhatsApp, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding the course, counselling session or demo class you requested.

Admission and eligibility

• Admission is subject to the eligibility criteria of the selected course and availability in the chosen batch.
• You must provide accurate personal and educational information during admission.
• Where the student is under 18 years of age, admission must be completed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• We may decline or cancel an admission if the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.

Fees, payments and refunds

• Course fees are shared during counselling and confirmed in writing at the time of admission.
• Fees must be paid as per the payment schedule agreed at admission. Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per law.
• Official receipts are issued for every payment. Please make payments only to Aether Media through official payment methods at the centre.
• Registration or admission fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
• Requests for refund of course fees must be made in writing to vadapalaniarena1@gmail.com. Refunds, if any, are governed by the fee terms agreed and signed at the time of admission, and are generally not available once classes have commenced.
• If we cancel a course or batch and are unable to offer a suitable alternative batch, the fees paid for that course will be refunded.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Batches and schedules

We may change batch timings, faculty or class schedules where necessary for operational reasons. We will inform enrolled students in advance wherever reasonably possible.

Certification

Certificates are issued under the Arena Animation programme upon successful completion of the course requirements, including attendance, assignments, projects and assessments, as applicable. Certification is subject to the policies of the Arena Animation franchisor.

Placement and career support

Placement assistance, internship support and career guidance may be offered to eligible students.

Course completion does not guarantee employment, internship, salary or any particular career outcome.

Outcomes depend on the student’s skills, performance, portfolio, attendance, market conditions and the selection process of employers.

Student conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect faculty, staff and fellow students, and take care of centre equipment and infrastructure. We may take appropriate action, including suspension or cancellation of admission, in case of misconduct, damage to property or violation of centre rules.

Intellectual property

“Arena Animation” and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owner and are used by us under our franchise arrangement. Other text, images and design on this website are owned by or licensed to Aether Media. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute website content without our prior written permission.

With the student’s consent, we may showcase student projects, artwork or reels for promotional purposes, along with credit to the student.

Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as maps, social media or WhatsApp. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
